The cart before the horse
Did you know that it wasn't until decades after we invented the automobile that mankind finally invented sliced bread? It was nearly 4 centuries after the first known appearance of bread that mankind finally, in 1930, made it available pre-sliced. That's so like mankind, jumping to the next level before we've covered the basics.
